Yamaki AY 372S 1974

Yamaki Guitars are an excellent quality instrument made in Japan in the 1960s & 70s predominantly. They were made primarily to rival the high end American made guitars dominating the market at that time. Here we have a 1974 in the Ay 372S model, solid cedar top & solid Brazilian rosewood body. Fret wear is extremely minimal for a 50 year old guitar, Has one significant ding on the lower bout leading to a surface crack on the top. A couple dings on the back of the neck, but otherwise far less than one would expect on a 50 year old instrument. Fantastic full body boomy sound.
