Introduced in 1974, the RE-201 Space Echo is one of the most famous and iconic effect processors ever created. It used analog tape to create its distinctive multi-head delay effect and has been a staple of performers, producers, and mix engineers for the past fifty years.
This original Space Echo units contains a single recording head and three playback heads.[1] The combination of tape heads is controlled with a rotary knob.[2] Users may adjust the bass and treble levels on the output sound, the number of echo repeats, the length of each echo, and the ratio of the echo and reverb sounds.[1] The Space Echo has two microphone inputs, one instrument input, and one input for a mixer or PA.[1]
This particular unit is in fantastic condition & now available at Black Rose.
