2017 Gretsch G5420T FSR Electromatic — Orange Sparkle Top

A stunning and increasingly hard-to-find 2017 Gretsch G5420T FSR Electromatic Hollow Body, finished in the spectacular Orange Sparkle Top.

This was a limited-edition Factory Special Run (FSR) version of the G5420T, combining classic Gretsch hollow-body styling with a standout vintage-inspired sparkle finish. The guitar was made in Korea in April 2017, with serial number KS17043975.

The fully hollow, single-cutaway maple body delivers the unmistakable Gretsch character—bright, punchy, articulate and full of twang—while the pair of Black Top Filter’Tron humbucking pickups provide plenty of clarity, definition and classic Gretsch jangle.

The guitar features a Bigsby B60 vibrato, Adjusto-Matic bridge with rosewood base, vintage-style open-back tuners, chrome hardware, bound body and F-holes, and a bound rosewood fingerboard with pearloid Neo-Classic thumbnail inlays.
