This 1995 Stevie Ray Vaughan Stratocaster is a finely crafted version of Vaughan's favorite guitar - the famous "Number One" Strat® with which he electrified listeners everywhere and seared scorching Texas blues into the top of the charts. For pure SRV tone and style that evokes one of the Stratocaster's most revered masters, this is the "one." These signature series SRV Stratocasters were produced by Fender from 1992 - 1999, this one has a few nicks & dings as would any 30 year old instruments. Featuring a classic alder body, sleek and comfortable maple neck with a thick oval “C” profile and the all-important pau ferro fretboard, used only in the early years of the model. Equipped with three Texas Special single-coil pickups, this guitar unleashes the soulful, bluesy tones that defined Stevie Ray Vaughan’s sound, 7.12 lbs. Comes with original hard Tweed case, very solid, but kinda scuffed up.
