Featuring a striking bearclaw Sitka spruce top and beautifully figured mahogany back and sides, this guitar delivers the commanding voice and strong note separation for which the Banjo Killer model is known.

The name Banjo Killer was coined by Bryan Sutton for his six-stringed onstage sidekick, back in the day when he burst onto the bluegrass scene in the late 1990s. Featuring a double scalloped X brace design, stiffer back bracing and a 25.5” scale, the Banjo Killer’s bark is as terrifying as its bite. Bearclaw Sitka Spruce, figured Mahogany and our distinctive “snakehead” headstock round out an otherwise understated aesthetic presentation.
The guitar is equipped with open-back Waverly tuners, offering smooth, precise tuning while complementing its classic aesthetic.
